Pack Your Items
Securely place the eyewear in its original packaging, including all cases, cleaning cloths, and certificates of authenticity.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
